Taste Maker Drunken Chicken 醉鸡
美食客醉鸡,是采用香滑嫩鸡,浸泡在绍兴花雕酒和中药熬成的汤汁中,至少浸泡一天以上,
让鸡肉入味。建议冷食最有酒香的风味。酒香浓浓,浸着滑嫩的鸡肉,人和鸡都醉了,吃在嘴里,冰凉爽口,入肚后又会被一阵温暖的酒热唤醒。
